Job Description:
The candidate is expected to perform in the following areas:
-          To lead complex global change management engagements within the ERP implementation, process transformation, M&A/ Strategic Outsourcing context.
-          To lead business development activities for a specific region/sector involving solutionning, case development, orals and managing client relationships
-          To lead organisation impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies emerging out of large scale transformation/business model innovation/ digital transformation/ globalization initiatives.
-          To lead thought leadership activities including new offerings creation, and publishing papers/public speaking
-          To be able to mentor a team of Change Management consultants, adding value to their skills and competencies and managing professional growth
-          To manage internal stakeholders with a view to position Change Management competency well
-          To foster an overall climate of collaborative, participative and motivated consultants

Preferred Location: Bangalore, Mumbai
Experience: 11-15 years of relevant experience
Required Qualification: MBA from a Premier Institute (Indian or international), Excellent academic records throughout.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in leading and managing multiple end to end change management engagements in different context Technology driven change management (ERP transformation), M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Shared Services Implementation and Strategic outsourcing with at least one international engagement. Experience in Telecom, Banking, Insurance or Public Sector preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate would be required to:
-          Demonstrate capability to perform task independently with thought leadership
-          Anticipate, articulate and mitigate risks for successful design and execution of large, multiple and/or complex projects
-          Lead the definition and preparation of solutions/proposals and plans that clearly identify objectives, scope, benefits, costs, responsibilities, assumptions, deliverables, schedules, completion criteria and resource requirements needed to execute large and/or complex engagements successfully.

Job Description:
The candidate is expected to perform in the following areas:
-          Practitioners specializing in Organization Change Management need to be part of a various organization change management initiative – technology driven or process driven
-          To understand of the basic principles of change management
-          To develop understanding of the case for change (process, technology)
-          To be able to understand the process design, As- Is and To- Be and conduct change impact assessments
-          To be able to develop governance model for project team incorporating reporting relationships, interactions, escalation matrix etc.
-          To leverage in-depth consulting skills to diagnose client’s current communication, stakeholder management and training needs
-          To be able to leverage the Change Management work products, templates and tools.
-          To liaison up with Change team at client side and work closely with them.
-          To conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders
-          To develop and deliver presentations

Preferred Location: Bangalore, Mumbai
