GBS GD Diversity Hiring ::: Special Hiring for Women candidate.

To begin with, I would like to say, always check older posts in this blog because those hiring are still running in parallel, with these new ones.

 Now lets come back to the topic.
This hiring will be for those women who have left their organization  for some personal reason like , Marriage or have taken maternity leave.

Bring back the Woman Professional
She is a qualified, experienced, IT professional. And she took a little personal break. Now's the time to get her back!
“Bring-Her-Back” is an IBM GBS-GD India initiative focused on bringing women professionals back to work, and into IBM. Any woman professional with a skill-match and a maximum of 3-years personal sabbatical from work qualifies to be a candidate.

What opportunities await her?
Opportunities exist across the following skills – SAP, Peoplesoft, BAO, DBMS, MF AS 400, Open Systems, AIS, WDC and Open Systems (Unix , C, C++, shell Scripting, Perl Scripting). As a new IBMer, she will be inducted with an “Assess & Assimilate” program that will focus on up-skilling and an IBM orientation. She will also be continuously enabled with mentoring by senior business leaders and receive the professional development support that will help her succeed at IBM.
